Free consult: the terms
These are the full conditions of the free consult offered in our advertising. Nothing here is buried and nothing is conditional on going ahead with treatment.
What the free consult includes
Your consult runs about forty minutes and covers everything listed below. You keep all of it, including the imaging and the written plan, whether or not you decide to go ahead.

The booking deposit
The consult itself is free. New patients pay a $49 deposit to reserve the appointment. It is fully refundable and is returned to you after you attend, or credited against your bill if you decide to proceed with treatment. It exists so appointments are not held and then missed. Existing patients pay no deposit. There is nothing else to pay on the day.
Who can use the offer
The offer is open to anyone aged 18 or over booking a first implant or cosmetic consult at our Inglewood practice. One consult per person. It applies to the consult only and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to the cost of treatment beyond the deposit credit described above.
How long it runs
The offer runs while the advertising is live and can be withdrawn at any time. Your written quote is held for 30 days from the date of your consult. Booking within that window is what secures the quoted price, not the offer itself.
What treatment costs
Treatment is a private cost and is not covered by Medicare, DVA or concession cards. Cost depends entirely on your case, which is the reason the consult exists. You receive an itemised written estimate for your own situation before you decide anything. Any figure quoted in our advertising is a starting point for the simplest cases and is not a quote for your treatment.
Payment plans
Payment plans are provided by a third-party lender, not by Azure Dental, and are subject to that lender's approval and terms. Where our advertising quotes a weekly or daily figure, it is an illustration only: the total amount payable is the full cost of your treatment plan plus any establishment fee and interest the lender charges, and your actual repayment depends on your treatment plan, the term, and the lender's assessment of you. We will walk through the total amount payable, not just the instalment, before you sign anything.
Risks
Any dental procedure carries risks, and surgical procedures carry more of them. Outcomes vary between people and no result shown in our advertising is a prediction of yours. Your dentist will talk you through the risks, the alternatives and the recovery that apply to your specific case at your consult. You are entitled to seek a second opinion from another appropriately qualified health practitioner before proceeding, and we would rather you did than felt rushed.
Before and after photos
Every before and after image in our advertising is of an actual patient of this practice, published with their written permission. The photos are unretouched and each pair is taken under matched lighting and framing so the dental work is the only thing that changes between the two. Results shown are specific to that person.
